Cambria Live Studio is an all-in-one streaming studio system that allows a single operator to direct live HD video productions. A robotic PTRZ (pan, tilt, rotate, zoom) camera with greater-than-HD resolution (2048 x 1536) is controlled with a software GUI, eliminating the need for a dedicated cameraperson on set. Utilizing CambriaLive’s state-of-the-art, real-time encoding application, Cambria Live Studio features optimal video presentation with the industry’s most up-to-date motion estimation algorithm, even when streaming at low bitrates.
Virtual Multi-Camera with Multi-View
The multi-view feature in Cambria Live Studio allows users to create a multi-camera broadcast experience with a single camera. The 3 megapixel resolution of the 20X zoom HD camera allows Cambria Live’s software to extract multiple high-quality frames from a single, wide camera shot. Users preselect specific areas within the image in advance of broadcast, perhaps singling out individuals or groups of people, and store these frames in memory as individual video sources. Then during a live stream, these frames can be switched on the fly to create the feel of an authentic multi-camera broadcast.
