Sales 2 Business is made to monetize existing content archives or continuously generated new content.
It's main focus is a B2B content shop portal. Registered users can browse for content, can preview the available asset packages and collect content of interest within a shopping card. Upon checkout a negotiation process between seller and buyer is handled via system internal communication.
Upon a mutual agreement the purchased asset packages are delivered out to the customer. To do so media essence files (video, audio, subtitles, pictures) and metadata (short and long description, structur, rights, pricing) can be aggregated to an asset package that is complete for publishing or playout. Alternatively ready to go packages can be uploaded.

The pricing model of Sales 2 Business - Base Package is composed from the following elements:
One-Time fee

For reforming the audio, video, picuture, subtitle essences according to target needs additional modules are required.

1) In and out-bound data transfer will be measured and invoiced by end of each month.
2) In and out-bound data transfer will be measured. Agreed volume will be invoiced monthly in advance. Additional data transfer will be invoiced by end of each month. Price for additional data transfer is 0.05 €/GByte.
3) In and out-bound data transfer will be measured. When utilizing the agreed bitrate maximum the calculated fee will be invoiced monthly in advance. When utilizing a higher bitrage for more than 5% of the time the additional transfer bitrate will be invoiced by end of each month. Price for additional transfer bitrate is 50.00 €/100 Mbps.
4) Data storage volume will be measured and invoiced by end of each month.
5) Data storage volume will be measured. Agreed volume will be invoiced monthly in advance. Additional data storage volume will be invoiced by end of each month. Price for additional data storage volume is 0.25 €/GByte.
6) Every asset delivery will be measured and invoiced by end of each month.
7) Asset volume will be measured. Agreed volume will be invoiced monthly in advance. Additional asset volume will be invoiced by end of each month. Price for additional asset volume is 1.00 €/asset & target.

System Operators, Contributors & external Users
The platform can be jointly operated by a number of users with dedicated role based usage rights. Users can be organized in groups with joint asset access rights.
External Contributors can access the platform to search for content and contribute with essence files or metadata. Their usage rights are managed by roles. Their access to the assets is manged by group assignments.
External Users can search for content and review it. They can negotiate content usage rights and can request the delivery. External Users do not require a license.
in & out-bound Data Transfer
Audio, video, picture, subtititle and metadata files transfered to and from the platform are causing data transfer costs. Depending on your usuage pattern we do offer various pricing models.
Processing Storage
Audio, video, picture, subtititle and metadata files stored at the platform prior or post processing are causing data storage costs. Depending on your usuage pattern we do offer various pricing models.
Archive Storage
You might want to keep audio, video, picture, subtititle and metadata files for a longer time at the platform for later usage. This requires save storage but not much performance to write to storage and to read the files back from there. Depending on your commitment we do offer various pricing models.
Processing Modules
Please do not miss to add the processing modules for your particular use case. You need to order them separately. The actual processing workflow will be instantiated according to your use case.
